Data Protection
Felicity in Birth Limited will comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Felicity in Birth Limited will treat your information as confidential and will implement appropriate measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless specifically instructed by you the Client. But purchasing any service or product with Felicity in Birth Limited, you agree that you understand that the use of technology is not always secure and you accept the risks that that poses to confidentially whether information shared is via email, text, phone, Zoom or any other technology.
Confidentiality
Both Felicity in Birth Limited and you, the Client, agree to keep confidential all information disclosed during the course of any training package or sessions.
Behavioural Standards and Revocation of Access
All Clients accessing live session and/or e-learning content and associated platforms under this Agreement are expected to adhere to high standards of professional and respectful conduct. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Refraining from any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or discrimination toward other users, facilitators, or representatives of Felicity in Birth Limited.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all proprietary content, personal data, and communications shared within the learning environment.
• Avoiding any actions that may compromise the integrity, safety, or inclusivity of the learning experience.
Any breach of these behavioural standards may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of access to any and all e-learning content and services, at the sole discretion of the Felicity in Birth. Such action may be taken without prior notice and without refund, and may include termination of the purchase Agreement. Felicity in Birth reserves the right to pursue further legal remedies where applicable.
Intellectual Property
All training and course materials provided by Felicity in Birth Limited will remain the intellectual property of Felicity in Birth Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client may use the materials for internal purposes only and may not reproduce,distribute, or modify them without prior written consent. Any intellectual property created during the delivery of any course or training shall remain Felicity in Birth Limited unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Refund and Rescheduling Policy
You will be able to cancel or reschedule individual appointments with Felicity in Birth, no later than 24 hours prior to the session start time. After this time, appointments cannot be rearranged.
No refunds for any products, training or services purchased from Felicity in Birth Limited will be given under any circumstances. This includes in the instance of you cancelling your appointment, not showing up to your appointment, being late to your appointment over 10 minutes past the start time.
Felicity in Birth Limited reserves the right to cancel or rearrange your purchased scheduled session (whether virtual or in person) at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as reasonably possible.
Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the fees for any services or products from Felicity in Birth Limited, including payments plans, as specified at point of purchase.
In the event that the Client fails to make any payment due under the purchase agreement within 7 days of the due date, Felicity in Birth Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s access to all licensed content, services, or platforms provided under this Agreement. Access will be reinstated only upon full payment of all outstanding amounts, including any applicable late fees or interest. Continued non-payment may result in permanent revocation of access and termination of this Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Felicity in Birth Limited.
Scope of Service
Felicity in Birth Limited, it’s Director or any of its employees (here after known as your “Coaches”) are not registered medical, legal or financial advisory professionals of any kind. Your Coaches hold no licences or qualifications in any legal, medical or mental health treatment or care. Therefore, all coaching services and communication, social media, email or otherwise, delivered by your Coaches, as well as any material on the website felicityinbirth.com, facebook and instagram @felicityinbirth are for informational purposes only and is not medical or legal advice.
If you are seeking or require medical advice, assistance or diagnosis, please seek the services of a medical doctor or another medically trained professional. This includes that of a professional counselor should you experience psychological distress.
If you are in need of legal advice, please seek the services of a legally training professional.
No information exchanged in sessions, listened to on The Sovereign Pregnancy Podcast, or material purchased from Felicity in Birth Limited can be held liable for any decisions or outcomes you may experience either with your own health or supporting the health of another. You accept that you have the ability to give your informed consent, and understand ultimately you are making all of your own decisions.
