no-stone-left-unturned
freebirth preparation.
Despite the unknown, despite the fear, despite the noise from the world around you, you believe that actually, freebirthing still might be the right choice for you and your baby.
You’re grateful that medical care exists should you need it, but inviting that system into your home, with all its pitfalls and restrictions, over the threshold of your birth process just doesn’t resonate or feel right to you.
You don’t want to go into this blind, without support, with fears unattended to, with the what-ifs still lingering in the back of your mind.
This all feels like uncharted territory and you’d love to prepare for it with an experienced woman who can bring you back to yourself, even in the unexpected.
To support you to go into your autonomous birth experience with softness, excitement, steadfast clarity and an even more cultivated mothering intuition.
The No-Stone-Left-Unturned Freebirth Preparation Package
For mothers wanting to step into their autonomous birth with real clarity, knowledge, peace and loving support.
What the package contains:
SIX, one to one sessions (each 1.5-2hrs long), with unlimited voice messaging access to me in the weeks in-between for even deeper exploration so that yes, no stone is left unturned.
Session 1: Your Birth Debrief
You’re going to walk away from your session having expressed all that you need to express - the emotions and the questions.
You’ll feel relief and a long desired peace, having clarity about what happened in your last birth - the role played by others and yourself in your experience. Most transformatively you’re going to understand the decisions you made and why, so you are able to move forward with creating the story for you and this baby.
If you are a first time mother, we will explore together your own birth experience with your mother, the stories about birth you’ve absorbed throughout your life and how those may play a part in your understanding, decisions and beliefs about birth now.
Session 2: The Dream
What do you really WANT for this coming birth? What's the dream and WHY is it what you deeply want? We will dive deep into the vision. After all, none of this is possible if you don’t unashamedly consider what actually IS possible for you.
Here you'll also get clarity on what your blocks and fears are that might stop you making your dream birth happen, as well as exploring the hard and important questions essential in discovering what truly feels like the right choices for you.
Session 3: Preparing for the Unexpected
In this session, we will make space for you to be lovingly supported to explore the things about freebirth that, lets face it, are hard to talk about.
We will explore possible birth and postpartum emergency situations, discuss signs and symptoms, simple steps of how to resolve situations at home and which events require immediate medical attention.
You’re going to come away from this session and the accompanied voice messaging with fears feeling significantly eased, relief and a deeper understanding of your decision making processes in challenging situations.
We will also explore the most emotionally difficult scenarios that can occur when choosing freebirth and tenderly consider what these situations might mean to you.
Session 4: Your Partner’s Session
An opportunity for me and your birth partner to speak one on one. They'll come away having been able to express their own fears and explore blocks to supporting you in the way that you want. They'll have been able to identify boundaries in what they feel capable of supporting you in. They'll have confidence in knowing how to bring up discussions with you around your choices in a supportive, loving way that also feels honest and authentic. They'll be confident in knowing what role to have in your birth space - including logistics.
This session can also be used to support your incredible in-person doula or birthkeeper, who may want support and insight from a fellow birth worker if they haven’t had a great amount of experience supporting birth outside the system.
Session 5: Life with your Baby
What was your postpartum like last time? What feels really important to you in your planning of your postpartum and breastfeeding journey this time?
You’ll come away understanding your blocks about making a truly restorative and loving postpartum happen, with a plan of how to overcome these blocks in potentially challenging moments. You’’ll have clarity and a plan for implementing the postpartum support you’ve always dreamed of. You’ll know how to support yourself to come out of your immediate postpartum feeling healed and resourced.
We can also explore baby care outside the medical system, should that be something you think you may wish to choose.
Session 6: Your Birth Reflection
This session is for after you’ve birthed your baby. We will sink into and honour your birth story and all that unfolded. We’ll close the chapter together as you head into this new phase of life.
Let’s work together to get you ready to welcome your baby in a way where your decisions are truly at the centre of your experience.
This package can take place over either a 5 or 10 week period, dependent on where you are in your pregnancy. Unlimited voice messaging begins shortly after your first session and ends a week after your fifth pregnancy session.

Felicity is a former NHS Midwife in the UK, who’s work with birthing mothers spans over 12 years.
She left midwifery in the medical system in 2023, broken hearted at the lack of relationship and genuine midwifery care that she had been able to provide and experience with women. She embarked on the journey to be a Birth Keeper, supporting mothers who were intentionally choosing to freebirth. In the midst of supporting these powerful women and seeing undisturbed birth for the first time, she reconnected to her childhood dream of become a mother. After becoming pregnant, she choose to experience pregnancy outside of the medical system and after an intentional freebirth attempt, needed medical care and went on to birth her baby in hospital, without professionals present.
Felicity now works not only with mothers choosing to freebirth or to debrief their births, but mentors, fellow Doulas and birth workers who want to grow in confidence supporting women to birth outside the system.
Felicity lives on the south coast of England with her son and her partner Adam. She loves being in the forest with friends, good hearty food and being part of her incredible church community.
